Apologies if in the wrong section, query, what is the battery life on the basic core section and how much does the battery module add to the life
Battery Life

The core has 400mAh, and the extra battery will add 20% more which it 80mAh. There was talk somewhere in the comments on their kickstarter page that it will have 100mAh supposedly.

How does that equate to actual hours running time, appreciate it depends on running modules, just trying to get a feel as to how it would compare with other smartwatches

Hello Stewart,
I went down to the KS comment section and found this comment from Blocks, which comes the closest to answering your question.
The battery life of smartwatches depends on the quality of the screen. Apple Watch and Android based smartwatches all have 1-1.5 days of battery life, while the smartwatches with lower quality E-ink screen have higher battery life. We could have used E-ink, but based on surveys before the campaign, our community chose to have a high quality color touch screen. We can compensate for this using the extra battery Modules. All smartwatches use same type of battery and there has not been much advances in battery tech so far. The size of the battery specifies the capacity of it and the 20% mentioned is the maximum capacity of battery that fits each Module. We still think overall BLOCKS offers a very good battery life comparing the high quality screen and the features

Know that it's 24th of October, this is before the AMOLED screen update. So whatever that battery life should be, it will be longer now

For the next time, please put the question in here. That is the actual section for questions.
No apology needed, it's just to let you know the right query for the next time :-)

When you ran into a problem, don't give up.
Most of the time a nice workaround will help you further.
