I always try to keep my expectations low, but I'm certainly hoping the same thing you are. Well, time will tell. Let's all hope everything will go right so that they can start shipping as soon as possible!

I don't think the chip will be as good as a 430. It is quite a high end chip and would be power consuming.

Qualcomm organizes its SoCs in series, so all chips belonging to the 400 series should have comparable power consumptions. The 430 is just the newest iteration of the series, so it's more likely than Qualcomm might have reduced the power consumption of this processor rather than increase it. IMHO it will be the same of the 400, at the very least.

Could the new secret processor be the just announced snapdragon wear 2100? Which should use 25% less power compared to the 400 according to qualcomm.

@Seyi, is this 2100 the secret processor you guys were talking about in the last update? If that's so, no point in keeping it a secret anymore now that Qualcomm has officially announced it. And what about the NFC integration due to direct collaboration between Qualcomm and NXP? Any chance you'll manage to work something out of it?
