As some said before, no WP integration, at least at launch. They're clearly focusing on the OS(es) with the largest combined market share, like many developers do. Microsoft is pushing its devices with Windows 10 and the Universal App platform, so that a program written according to such standards might be installed on PCs, tablets, smartphones and Xboxes. Unfortunately a smartwatch isn't usually connected to anything but a smartphone, so it's understandable that the team isn't focusing on Windows 10 at the moment. On a more positive note, Microsoft is working hard on their Bridge (aka the Android-to-Windows app converter), so when it will become available the team should be easily able to convert their Android app. Luckily BLOCKS performs most of its functions internally, so the app shoulnd't be too hard to convert this way.
